The 1967 Red Sox changed everything. A 100-to-1 longshot, the team defied the odds to win the pennant, in no small part because of the youthful exuberance, integration, and brotherhood that existed on the field and in the locker room. Along the way, the team forged a strong, unshakable bond with the fans that endures to this day. It was the Summer of Love – and a storied ballclub and epic season unlike any other.
